   After stuck in traffic for 2 hours with my baby screaming in the car we stopped off for a cuppa. Barista named Jones served me. He saw it been through an ordeal and with his fabulous warm customer service changed my mood and perked me up. He couldn't do enough for me with his genuine conversation. Most of the time you go into service stations and folks do their jobs bare minimum... I needed my tea made in a certain way...I need milk for me baby... It wasn't a bother for him. A scholar and a gentleman to say the least. Thank you Jones and thank you Costa for employing people like this.

   Lovely lady working however the bakes cabinet has got many flies in it, doesn’t seem very clean.

   Nice and polite service. Very quick. They have self service order stations which is great, no complaints there. However, there is no option to order a wet latte. So had to order at the counter anyway. I don't like a lot of milk foam. If I did, I would order a cappuccino. They have the 'wet" button on the till so why not on the self service order station? Other than that it was very good.

   Worst experience ever! Setting off back home and pop to get a coffee. The drive thru stand said no signal and no one was talking we waited a few minutes before getting to the cashier to be told aggressively we should of waited even longer and it’s not her fault no one was there. She made it so awkward would not recommend!!!

   This was a nice store. The staff were friendly and it seemed clean. The drinks were nice too. I was also able to use my Costa card which was appreciated. I would come back here if travelling through.

   Went through the drive thru today, approx 13:30. The woman who served me was great, engaging in conversation and overall pleasant to be served by. The coffee was lovely too. Prices are a little high, but considering you don't have to leave your car and it's just of the motorway, can't complain. Took my gift card with no problems.
