   Wow just left your store earlier today. Do your staff have any ongoing training? I felt completely ignored by them. Stood by till. Staff member on till totally ignored me, Asked one question and was fobbed off - very unhelpful. I am not experienced with DIY so I then felt totally stupid. You obviously don't want my business. PLEASE train your staff not to judge people by the way they look and to treat everyone equally and bring their customer service into the 21st Century. It not difficult. Treat customers with courtesy and they come back... treat them with rudeness and they spend their money elsewhere.
