Lovely coffee shop but service was incredibly slow. So busy getting a takeaway order that I waited ages to be served. Obviously can’t cope with the demand so perhaps they need extra staff if they are going to provide takeaway service. I don’t mind dogs being there but they shouldn’t be allowed to sit on the armchairs. Not hygienic!

It's nice to have a friendly and welcoming branch. Where even though I don’t visit daily, they know my order. This has cozy vibes with its book shelves and its perfect place to sit and cozy up with a book.

This upgraded Caffè Nero is a definite improvement over the older ones I've visited across various locations. The coffee shop boasts a contemporary and inviting atmosphere, complete with a generously sized bookcase positioned at the center, adding a charming touch. The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, offers quality coffee, and is staffed by a friendly and welcoming team. It's a refreshing alternative to well-known American coffee chains such as Costa (a Coca-Cola subsidiary) and Starbucks.

We were made very welcome. The place had a lovely atmosphere and ambiance with the seating area surrounded by shelves of genuine books. The food was very tasty and the staff were amenable and friendly. Would recommend.

Modern, clean coffee shop nestled within a retail park. Next to a Subway Sandwich and a Greenhalgh's bakers. Large carpark surrounds as well as multiple other shops. Friendly staff.

Not the best when you go in for a couple of grande drinks and you’re told they’ve no cups for the grande drinks ordered. Looking around there were maybe 10 people sat in already, not all using a grande cup. Not the staffs fault though “people keep stealing the larger cups” was the reason given by staff for the shortfall. Manager needs to get a grip on the ordering imho.

Service here is always spot on, the staff are so friendly polite and welcoming. We took our pup this time and the girls recommended a Puppacino which went down a storm.

Great addition to the area!!! Nicely decorated, good vibe friendly staff and tasty coffee!! Great idea with bookshelves! On a downside I think the music is a bit too loud (especially when it’s already busy) and I wish there was a Wi-Fi as I really can’t get any reception with my mobile provider (I hope there will be Wi-Fi at some point as I know this is a fairly new place). So happy with this cafe Nero anyways!

Good Italian coffee with excellent staff. The bookcases are a nice touch.
