   Poor customer service. I explained that the wood you sent was darker and blue and you disregarded me straight away saying ‘well if you want it back it’s a restocking charge and that’s final - I’m the owner’ since my review they have acknowledged the fact it was the wrong order but as I didn’t want to incur a restocking charge I have had to use. See images. Please do not shop here.

I've been in the building trade for almost 20 years, in that time I have used most of the main building suppliers and Norgrove is defiantly one of the best I have used.
