   No Spanish latte available despite banners everywhere and obnoxious staff member on the till shouting ‘this has nothing to do with her’ even though I didn’t ask for explanation and rude attitude.

   Asked for a vanilla iced latte, the staff member proceeded to pour milk, ice and the vanilla into the blender? Why are you blending milk? This was then poured into a cup and the coffee poured over. Because the milk has been blended it obviously hasn't mixed with the coffee, therefore what was served was essentially a cold regular coffee. Why are the staff not trained on creating what is arguably the easiest drink and the most popular in the summer months.

   Been served by Megan today. I was charged extra for an item I didn’t ask. (mistakes happens ,I get that) apology is enough. But couldn’t hear even that. The spoons been dropped into my tray rudely and face expression was already telling a lot. The lady before me brought back her food to complain about it (wasn’t sure why) and the attitude was the same ,disgusting . I do understand that working with people can be sometimes hard to deal with but there is no reason to show your anger throwing things loud in your face because of her own failure. Will never back again

   Visited the Costa store inside Next, Prescot. Whilst the staff member who served us was lovely the atmosphere create by the other staff members was awful. They had cordoned off half the store and forced everyone into a small area. When we ask about seating it was an inconvenience to them, the store was quite busy and three hours before closing time, but the excuse was we are tidying because it’s Friday.

   Called in with friends for a "quick" coffee ...unfortunately there was nothing quick about the service. Not particularly busy Monday afternoon, and two assistants serving, but one busy trying to fulfil Deliveroo orders, leaving customers standing in the queue. I was the only one waiting to start with, yet it took 20 minutes to get 3 coffees, not a complicated order, just no sense of urgency and a complete lack of customer care...not even the courtesy of "sorry to keep you waiting"...not good at all ☹

   Spacious place. Convenient, inside the supermarket. Yummy chocolate. Not a great place for vegan though.
