   Too over priced ripp off. Your better of going to Home Bargain cafe and getting the same for much cheaper. Coffee and cheese toasties almost £6 but in HB cafe £3 for the same. Save your money and avoid this rip off.

   Came here today with my Dad and son, we were greeted quickly, and felt so welcome, thank you! I was served by Adam, who was lovely, helpful and friendly. Brian spoke to us too, and helped us at the table, they are both brilliant and I look forward to going back, thank you for such amazing service! Even when they were busy, they still had satisfied customers, they are a credit to the company.

   Awful place considering it's supposed to be a Costa, tables were filthy and not cleaned, trays, plates etc left and not cleaned. I ordered 2 Toblerone latte coffees, the girl who made them left both coffees on the counter why she went off to get cream, both going cold, the cream in one had melted and dispersed into the coffee, at a cost of £8.40 I requested a refund as I was not paying for the rubbish that these were serving up, I doubt I will go here again it needs a good clean and better staff who can do a job that reflects better standards. Very Very Poor.

   It was a most pleasant visit. The only drawback was that everything was served in take out but that didn't detract away from the level of service. All in all a very good experience.

   Great Costa. Unfortunately only selling drinks in paper cups as the dishwasher is broken 30/5/22. But the coffee and cold latte were really good and tasty. I enjoyed a bacon barm but because it was made before the drinks it was not as warm by the time I reached my table.

   Standard Costa on top floor of Next. Service usually okay but very poor today. Dirty tables, NO butter so no toast or teacakes available. Service very average

   Dishwasher wasn't working, paper takeaway cups only. No pastries, was looking forward to Chocolate twist. Settled for my favourite Oat milk chai latte an toast and jam. Friendly staff not much of a wait an easy to get a table, nice place to catch up with a friend.
