   We got 3 drinks and the iced drinks came with a hint of flavour. Tiramisu latte didn't come with coldfoam or cocoa powder. The barista then argued with me about how she cannot foam oat milk (I stated when ordering that I only want oat for the base of the drink) and just added coldfoam to my drink instead of remaking it to fit the standard as it didn't have enough syrup either. The iced pistachio matcha is neither pistachio nor matcha. Toilets are also filthy, covered in urine and seem to have broken locks as I've watched multiple people get walked in on.

   Situated in the heart of the city Cafe Nero is a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy your hot/cold drink. I had an almond crossiant and a large tea, and it was fab.And of course, there's plenty of other cakes,sandwiches, and other goodies to eat. There's seating inside as well as outside, The young lady who served me was very kind and very welcoming.

   I recently visited this café and had a fantastic experience. The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection. Whether you're a fan of a simple black coffee or prefer something more elaborate like a latte or cappuccino, they have it all. The baristas clearly know what they’re doing, and it shows in the quality of every cup. The cakes were another highlight of the visit. There’s a lovely variety to choose from, and the one I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh, and not overly sweet—just the way I like it. Whether you're craving a classic slice of chocolate cake or something fruity, there’s something to suit everyone’s taste. The staff really added to the overall experience. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and it made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. All in all, this café is a great spot for a relaxing coffee break or a catch-up with friends. With its delicious cakes, great coffee, and warm, friendly staff, I’ll definitely be returning soon.

   Coffee served was good. Toilets disgusting, mens toilet wee all over seat, ladies toilet no soap and no toilet paper, not checked for four hours, staff were informed, but after thanking me, went and closed the toilets rather than cleaning them, no excuse as they had no customers to serve.

   Great place to study or work, lovely staff. They have sections towards the back that are useful for groups too. Usually open late compared to other businesses on site which is a huge bonus.
