   Slow service, poor quality in comparison to other Hoole coffee shops, needs to raise its game. Too few staff, trying their best. Needs more staff to run it properly

   It would have been nice if we had been able to get in. No notice as to why they were not open. This would have been helpful. A barrier of chairs does not give a reasonable outcome.

   We were waiting for train back to Liverpool and taking our pups to the park for a run. Walked past Costa and thought we would get a cuppa. With us having the pups we sat outside. We finished and then went the bathroom. We were informed then that Hoole Costa had become dog friendly and we could have gone inside. Always good to know when you have a dog.

   Lovely little coffee shop. Gorgeous cakes an sandwiches. Actually picked a too good to go bag.. got alot.. an was all very fresh. Polite an friendly staff.. even the gut was whistling an sounded like an actual bird.. didn't have to wait long. Seating inside and out. Wheelchair access.. got na cold food an drinks are served. Limited parking for 30 minutes on the street.

   The coffee as fab. However I had a ‘little Seizure’ in the Hoole restaurant s couple of weeks ago and I’ve only just been able to make this review. I just can’t say how grateful I was for the lady/ manager she was outstanding, cordoning of the area with baby highchairs, putting her own jacket under my head. I don’t remember any of this. What I do remember is her talking to me in a very calm manner asking me questions to keep me alert but most of all just being so very kind.I think her name was Sarah or something similar but I would like her to be acknowledged. What an outstanding employee. So many thanks.

   We visited Chester and walked to Hoole. Very nice area. staff here friendly. Our coffee good... as usual in Costa. Didn't eat on this occasion. Only thing I thought was it's a shame a nice building has been altered downstairs ( talking about the outside). Spoilt look of building.

   Very nice little coffee shop with nice and helpful staff. Good range of foods and drinks. Also a disabled ramp for easy access for anyone with a pram or wheel chair. Also plenty of places to chain up your bike.
