   1 star in incredibly generous …. There is no facility for a zero or minus which would reflect my experience. I experienced poor, no actually it was rude, customer service. I was the only person in the shop and the 2 staff members were happily chatting to each other . I kept looking over to them hoping they would ask if they could help, but they didn’t. No welcome, no goodbye when I left the store after 10 mins of being totally ignored in an empty shop! I won’t be returning.

   Tim provided a great service for my wife and helped her to try a lot of different options for trail and road running shoes, and gave her time to try them out on the treadmill. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back to get my next pair of shoes.

   I went in after being seen at a London Store. I called the manager to explain what had happened and she asked me to come in. I was served by Tim and he was super helpful. Explained why the trainers that were sold to me by the London store weren't right for me. After trying on what felt like tons of different trainers, we picked a pair, he said take them home to try, I done just that and still I didn't feel comfortable. Back I went the following day and we tried a completely different route. Finally I found my perfect trainer. I couldn't ask for better help than what Tim done. Such great customer service.

   Absolutely shocking - zero customer service! I went to the shop a couple of weeks ago to try on various running shoes with the intention of getting advice and buying the right pair for me. There were two members of staff there who were absorbed with customers trying on shoes which is fine but both of them completely ignored me for the 45 minutes or so that I was there waiting and one even served a guy that came in after me. Not once did either of them have the courtesy to even say anything to acknowledge that I was there or apologise for the wait. It showed a complete lack of manners and common courtesy and just demonstrates yet again that customer service is dead. No wonder retail shops are going out of business.

   If you are looking for runners shoes this is the place to go. Bought my trail running shoes including few othe accessories. They have treadmill to try out the shoes, scanning machine to make a virtual 3D of your feet so they can see what shoes to match, just ask for their help and they will be there to assist you. Really friendly staff, good prices also!

   Brought my wife into runners need to get a Gait analysis done. Franklin assisted my wife and took her through the different runner options pros/cons and carried out the gait analysis. He really knew his stuff and we came out with a short difference pair and are going to order a long distance pair on-line, only due to colour selection. Great experience!

   Excellent professional service from Beatta. I am new to running and I came for a gait analysis. She really took the time to explain the differences between shoes, give tips on my technique and find the perfect shoe for me. You can tell she is very knowledgeable. I should also mention that I had this excellent service despite the store being very busy. In the end I bought a pair of shoes that I am very happy with, from their online catalogue. I recommend this place.
