In short, don’t buy Wolf ovens. I have multiple Wolf appliances and they look great but my double convection oven has had multiple and recurring faults over the last two years after installation (one of the fans made the whole unit vibrate on convection mode). Three times it has completely shut down when cooking when the other door is opened (hugely embarrassing when entertaining guests) and not restarted. UPDATE Then it had a software update and entirely new control boards and it failed 1 week later when on clean mode and the door is locked shut. I think it has a fundamental problem or was damaged in transit yet I just get someone come and look at it and replace part of it few weeks later. Until the next fault…

My steam oven stopped working a month after it was installed. There is something faulty with the electronics. It has been 2.5months and no solution has been found. I should have ordered Miele or some European brand with proper customer support. Reply: i contacted this email address several times and got no response. Also contacted via whatsapp

Do not purchase from this company. We bought brand new sub zero fridge freezer and wolf professional double oven in October 2022 and have had to have an engineer out multiple times since installation due to faults with both including loose fan parts, fridge door errors and the whole unit tripping our main electrics due to a known issue they have with how they ship them over from the US. The customer service is so appalling - they consistently let you down saying the engineer will come as his first visit of the day and at times he has not arrived until past 4pm on the day promised. When you complain they do not care, they just say we’ll do our best. For such expensive appliances I would strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere, we used to have gaggenhau and never had these issues. Terrible customer service, faulty and unreliable appliances - avoid!

Outstanding service from this store. We bought an oven to replace an existing American oven that had broken, with no parts now available in the UK. Wolf correctly advised us that their oven would be a perfect fit (it was, despite quoted dimensions suggesting otherwise). The oven is expensive but incredibly well built. The delivery was also not cheap, but the delivery men were so helpful and they were carrying a huge weight. The oven developed a fault after a few weeks and the after sales service kicked in. Very efficient engineer replaced a board and also spotted a mistake made during installation (not by Wolf) which was corrected. On visiting the store for some cleaner, the Sales Director remembered us and gave some very good advice. If you feel that well made products and good service are worth paying a premium for, I'd strongly recommend Wolf.

Why are you charging £0.60 per minute to call you. Why don't you have a 0207 number? And service is poor to say the least. Their professional but are not. No restaurant has a sub-zero or wolf applianceappliances look ..

We bought the wolf range three years ago. We had issue with the gas burner right from the start. The old ignite issue, which is common in wolf. The problem has been getting worse gradually. We called for service three weeks ago. The earliest they could do was three weeks from then. Last night every burner on stove stopped igniting. We called again to get some urgent help but no luck. They will be coming at the end of the week. In the meantime we have to get takeaways. The service comes with a very hefty price tag of £200 for half an hour and there after charges by the minute. What a shocking disappointment.

High-quality appliances that will give any home a premium feel. Their classic refrigerators are built to last and look truly stunning in a stainless steel finish! Fantastic customer service and they've never let us down!

We had a problem with our cooker on a bank holiday Saturday evening. The shop called me back and arranged for an engineer to contact me as we had no hob. The engineer fixed our problem over the phone at 9pm on a bank holiday weekend. We own the range through the house purchase and have absolutely no historical relationship with the store or engineer. What AMAZING service... ironically we had just returned from a week long residential cookery course and were keen to get cracking so you can imagine our disappointment to find the range not working.... thanks to the team for all your help! Would definitely recommend....

Really great appliances. Top top of the range with prices to match of course but after having the benefits and USP's explained it become so clear why this product should be on your wish list! Fabulous showroom.
