   I ordered a complete new appliance set from Kaiser, including an oven, hob, extractor, coffee machine, and table microwave. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, which is common during this time of year, but the delivery team was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I had it installed about eight days ago, and so far, everything has been smooth—easy to use and effective.

   My old cooker hood and oven were starting to give out after nearly 13 years, I remember my parents getting them in when I was younger, so they've definitely served well. Visited Kaiser in Chelsea, and was able to get an order set up pretty quickly. Held off on delivery due to a holiday coming up, so I was able to choose my delivery date, which was convenient. Delivery was smooth, the crew turned up, dropped off, and went! Fitter got them slapped in, and honestly, it gives a whole new life to the kitchen. Strong kitchen fan, the oven is really neat. Very happy with my choice!

   I came across Kaiser after comparing prices with extraction power, and decided to shoot an email to see if I could pop round and take a look at some bits. Staff were super polite, the team looked like they work well together, and they were very informative. Placed my order and held the delivery for a bit, when it did turn up, straight into the home, not left outside or anything. I've put them to great use, they look great, and they're a breeze to use. Check them out if you're in need of a fresh kitchen.

   Went to the Kaiser Showroom on King's Road. Beautiful location, great displays, staff were very friendly. Ended up taking a bit too much time checking things (Staff even made me a cheeky coffee - sold me on the machine with that one!), but eventually was able to get a quote sent to my email, checked it over with my builders, and went ahead with the order. No regrets on this end, delivery was swift and efficient, my builders found it easy enough to install, and I'm loving the fresh look it's giving my kitchen!

   Recently visited the branch in Chelsea to take a look at a few bits and pieces, mainly just getting measurements for an upcoming project. The people working there seem to be very knowledgeable, provided excellent details on the products, showed me a few models that really caught my eye. Set up my order for delivery in Jan following an extensive renovation, the staff were kind enough to set me up with their pack and hold service so I can keep everything reserved until I'm ready to fit!
