   We popped in to Tiletrend on a Sunday afternoon. As we entered, the two gentlemen sat at opposite desks totally ignored us. Obviously it was more important for them to stare at their computer screens than it was to simply look up and say, 'Hello'. We were looking for tiles and a replacement toilet for our downstairs cloakroom and also a complete new bathroom for upstairs. This could have been a rather large and profitable order! I was impressed with the quality of bathroom items but at no point did ANYONE come over to help/ advise us and the store was totally empty apart from ourselves. My wife found a tile that looked like a good colour match for our kitchen but we needed to see it against the wall and would therefore need to purchase or borrow a tile to check it out. I approached one of the desks and had to interrupt the gentlemen sat looking at his screen who again made no attempt to talk to me. Could we buy or borrow this tile for an hour? No... However I could go online and order one which would only take 2 to 3 days ... 'But I'll happily give you £5 and will return it within the hour- AND, you've still got 2 other tiles the same colour' Again, 'No'. Very disappointing . I said to the man that this 'Computer says no' idiocy has not only cost his company an order for kitchen tiles but also about £10,000 for our new bathroom. He suggested that I spoke to his manager about it and I said OK. The manager was the other man sat on his computer opposite the man I was talking to! I waited a few minutes but the manager was too busy talking to one of his fitters and so I walked out. We have now placed an order with Mucklow for our upstairs bathroom and with Wren for our new kitchen. The service we received from these two companies was exceptionally good. The service we received from Tile trend was the exact opposite. I dread to think what would have happened should we have ordered from tile trend and had a problem. Perhaps they're doing so well that they don't need the business? The cost of a tile (£1) that they were not prepared to lend out for an hour cost them £10 to £15k worth of business. Bonkers...

   Very pleased with the tiles and bathroom furniture we received from tiletrend. Very professional advise, prompt delivery and very helpful. Neil had to deliver several times and he always delivered as quick as possibly to the house.

   They had a great choice of tiles in the store and I found the staff to be really helpful in informing me on how was the best way to maintain and clean the tiles to keep them looking their best. Delivery was on time and no breakages, my fitter was very impressed by the quality of the tiles.

   Terrible service waited 4 weeks for my tiles to be delivered. They refused a refund as I had builders booked for a date and couldn't get the tiles to me on time. Please look at other companies in the area. Rude employees doesn't come close to the way I've been treated by them
