Large store. Good coffees staff good service. Outside a bit rough. Always filled with people.. good choice of products. Toilets clean..have used this shop.a number of times and no issues.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff refusing a 3 year old girl access to use their toilet apparently the staff don’t know the code to open them the only way you can have the code is if you purchases something
I'm not comming to Costa often, maybe twice a year, but I'm not happy about my recent visit. Coffee and food as you would expect from Costa, but staff completely incompetent to work under pressure, remember orders or multitask, which is quite sad for such a nice place. 4 girls stressing around, spilling coffeys on the desk, customers waiting ages for their coffee as 4 girls cannot manage even 2 customers at the same time and can't remember an order for more than 10 seconds. I have been asked 3 times what I ordered even 10 minutes after I paid and that was just a croissant, lemon cake and late, three customers came after me been served before me, nothing for my level of patience. No smile, no politeness, no sorry, just stressed faces. Cannot recommend, otherwise the place is nice and clean.
Have just called there at 7:15pm Thursday with my wife and son. It said on the door it is open until 8pm Mon-Fri. The door way locked with a guy inside indicating that they were closed. I suspect this was a staff early dart! DISAPPOINTED! Trained staff should not be allowed to wind the business down because they want to be walking out the door dead on 8pm.
Coffee good, reasonably spacious. Food there I haven't tried yet, so can't comment. Only one cashier and one till. So in peak times, long and slow moving queue
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is pleasant. The low stars for food is because I find the prepacked sandwiches artificial. Cakes are lovely
Staff very friendly and helpful i am a disabled pensioner and they always go out of their way to assist me
