I went at 7:57am and was about to ask if they were open as I was aware it was early, blonde woman behind the counter said before I opened my mouth “we’re not open until 8” I replied with “oh sorry” and began walking away, and then she felt the need to add “read the signs you can see them” in a nasty tone. Obviously I hadn’t seen the signs and had made a simple harmless mistake. I apologised and walked away I did not press, there was no need to talk to me or anyone in such manner, I was embarrassed and upset and have already been struggling with some personal circumstances so that was just the icing on the cake that tipped me over the edge and led me to sit in a corner in tears. Best believe I won’t be returning
