   Being one that always trys to shop locally (Where possible). I Called in the morning to order a new built in microwave. The lady asked if she could call me back at midday, when she would be back at the shop. Never to be heard of again. Obviously she didn't need my business.

   Excellent shop with friendly helpful staff. Items delivered literally next day if it’s possible. Prices are very reasonable. Buy “all” my electrical products from them for myself and the School I work at. Use the bigger companies at your own peril!

   Don’t go anywhere else, you could regret it. I have bought all my white goods and more from Visions over the last 15 years, I thought I needed a new oven - no, they saved me a fortune collecting, servicing and re-installing my NEFF double oven and it was sorted within 2 days - outstanding. Top of their game in service and customer care.

   Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.

   A good shop for any appliance you want. The shop is small but very well stocked with a good selection. Very nice people to deal with. They also have a good selection of radios, that's what I went in for.
