I can thoroughly recommend the Roman Road Bargain store. One shop wanted to charge me £70.00 call out, just to tell me what was wrong with my washing machine, but the staff at Roman Road Bargain Store, asked me a series of questions over the phone, then asked me to turn my washing machine drum, so they could hear the sound over the phone, and they were able to tell me, straight away, for free what was wrong. They then explained the cost of repair. Followed by the cost of a new machine. Let me think about it, and call them back. I had a new washing machine installed the next day. They even helped me put my oven door back on, after l had cleaned it. Plus answered my question on a problem that I had with my fridge. Friendly, caring, good value for money prices and efficient service. Why would you go anywhere else.
Had a problem with my washing machine and they gave me a quote on the phone. Made a appointment and they came out and fixed it in half an hour. Excellent service and price. They know what they are doing and they are polite and respectful. Will definitely use this place again. Highly recommended these guys, I wasted a week on other places who wouldn't even give me a quote.
This is the fourth major kitchen appliance I've bought from this hardworking local independent store. I've been delighted each time. They've outdone all the major online sellers on price and service, even allowing for Black Friday online bargains. They also have the quickest and most professional local repairs service at the best price I could find. Wonderful.
