   I’m very happy with the service. It was fast, reliable, traceable, and reasonably priced. The engineer was polite and professional. I also liked the SMS notifications and the MyRepair platform. One important improvement: please stop using bit.ly links in SMS messages. Link shorteners are heavily abused by subscription scams. Even as a fairly savvy IT user, I was almost caught by a “Market Now24” offer that appeared to lead to a £29.90/month subscription. I understand this is not Domex’s fault, but the use of bit.ly makes it harder to trust the message and easier for scams to blend in.

   Tafa identified that an iced-up fan was causing a problem in a Hisense fridge freezer and fixed it today. He was polite, good-humoured and efficient. Sasha was also very helpful when I phoned Domex yesterday. Pricing is very clear, and reasonable for London. I recommend this company.

   Domex offered a great Oven Repair Service for my 12 year old Caple Oven. Initially they ran a diagnostic check, before ordering the part required (was a switch fault). Over two visits, my engineer Diego was very courteous, efficient and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend.

   Excellent service the agent Ivan was outstanding, responded to every E Mail with empathy and a clear commitment to resolve the issue. Numerous parts were required to repair the appliance and Ivan went above and beyond to ensure the parts were correct and dispatched promptly. This could have been a disaster with a difficult fault to determine Ivan gently led me to the correct parts and technical support to ensure they were fitted correctly. This resulted in a repair, bringing the appliance back to full working order. I would not hesitate to recommend the service and a big shout out to Ivan, whose support I could not have completed the repair without. Many thanks Pete

   The engineer came to my house to repair the leak from the water dispenser for my American Fridge Freezer. He did this no problem, however, in the process he damaged my expensive flooring with two, half meter deep scratches when he pulled the appliance to repair it. He told me that this was his fault and he would let Domex know that they would need to pay for the damage. However, the company called back very swiftly and left an answer machine message and said that it was not their fault because the fridge did not have wheels on it. The fridge freezer did have wheels at the back. I called back three times and Domex have not called me back. The engineer then said he would push the fridge back in its place but I would have to sign a disclaimer if he damaged the floor again. I refused and did this myself without damaging the floor.

   We used Domex to fix our dishwasher last year and were very impressed with how easy it was to arrange the visit and how well everything was done, so when the washing machine went into fault mode I went straight onto their website and am happy to report the same high level of satisfaction. Washing machine fixed at a fraction of the cost of a new machine without all the hassle and carbon footprint that would have involved.

   The engineer was on time and very respectful, covering his shoes with plastic overshoes without being asked to protect my carpets. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He explained and showed me the problem with my leaky washing machine. He then explained the options available. The online system works very well and the same engineer returned when the new part arrived. This did mean I had to wait a week, so my only complaint would be this length of time. I am sure Domex isn’t the cheapest company available but but they were efficient and easy to deal with and I would use them again.

   The Domex engineer was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what he was doing, why the part had failed and he put my mind at rest. He was more than happy to hoover behind the oven and cleaned it after the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Domex and will use them again.
