   When I saw there was a Costa coffee in belle vale I couldn’t have been more excited, to be rammed. I instantly called mum to tell her. I said “Mum I can’t believe it, we never knew a Costa was here” and she said “what a waste of oxygen that was.” I couldn’t believe that Anthony Costa wasn’t working here, despite that the experience was as enjoyable as a blue concert True salt of the earth people here, would recommend my Granny

   Manager is absolutely rude. She likes to jump to conclusions and act without thinking which is so unproffessional in a job manner of a manager. I think youse should hire a better manager and sort this girls head out because her service is vile

   This Costa is placed in the middle of the shopping centre. Greate for taking a breake, nice to relax and you can come here with your kids. It's a big space. Prices are like in every other Costa. Staff is lovely and caring hover, it's a different person almost every time we go there.

   Opening times on google for the Gateacre branch says it closes at 6pm, attempted to visit at 5.30pm to be told they close at 5.30, please update your opening hours to save people a wasted journey.

   Costa is generally not too bad, but the Belle Vale store is atrocious. The staff are possibly the worst in any Costa, constanly get orders wrong and terrible customer service. The store constantly runs out of menu items. There are major issues with the cleanliness, especially during busy times. There are only 2 staff members, and one seems to just do Online/Phone orders. Avoid.

   3 assistants talking to 1 customer. Had to ask them to serve us. Tables left uncleaned in 30 minutes we were there. Over £7 for 2 drinks. Certainly not the best. Coster not my cup of tea or should I say coffee!

   Coffee and toasties are excellent. It was my daughters birthday and the lovely young lady serving, gave us both a free cake each. Very kind, much appreciated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service 5*****

   Waitress ordered that I take my hood down before she would serve me. Regardless to security "concerns" it made no difference that my face was half covered by a mask. The only reason I had my hood up was due to it raining outside and did not want to get £320 wireless headphones wet. Will not be visiting again anytime soon. Shame as I like Costa but Cafe Nero shall get my custom from now on.
