The delivery and carrying in of my new washing machine was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The two men were extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked calmly, carefully, and professionally, and created a very positive atmosphere throughout. It was immediately clear that they take their work seriously while also treating people with genuine kindness. I can fully recommend this service and am very grateful for the experience.
We went in the morning and they remembered us from the previous day! We were expecting delivery to be at some point during the next week but when we asked they said they could do it straight away! They delivered and installed our new cooker and replaced our old one within 30 mins of payment. On top of that it is such a welcoming environment and everyone was so lovely! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back if I need any other appliances!
I recently went to their shop and I needed a cooker for my 90-year-old auntie. Well we've got the order all mixed up and the size all wrong but when I explained it to the lady in the shop she was very helpful. We got a full refund and she helped us pick the right size out and organised it to be fitted. It was just absolutely brilliant. I think that was first class service and I'm very grateful.

They have always been super helpful and u can even get your old stuff taken away to!
What I like most about this shop is the same day delivery system the amount of staff and vans they have is astonishing they'll have your product delivery to your house in less than 1 hour in addition to how sweet the owner is.

So I sent in my fridge, I think it malfunctioned or something. I couldn’t really find a good fridge shop around here, but I eventually came across this place. I was a bit unsure and skeptical about this place at first, however I decided to give it a shot. A sent my fridge in, everything went well. So, i’d say, give this place a shot.
This is a great shop, it has its flaws, however, it makes it up with its pros. The owner is nice and can handle things with ease. I sent my fridge for repair, and it came back in a really good condition.
The service is appalling, A man name Maroon came to look at my fridge-freezer, told me to call him when I defrost it and he will look it again and get it repaired. I did but then he kept promising to come and never turned up. He messed me about for 4 days. I was waiting for him rearranging my schedule, living without a fridge for 4 days but the guy never turned up. He answered some of my calles promising he will come in the afternoon or tomorrow, but never did and never called to tell me he is not coming. Don't bother with this shop for repairs.
