    Very bad experience today. Staff rude behaviour. One of the lady staff behaviour like her own shop.I noticed multiple time in the shop. I went to collect my order. So I was waiting there side in the queue .There is no queue way there. (I don’t know what a point click & collect benefit there. We also queue with other buyers. In other stores, When we go to collect, Separate queue & easy to collect) Few minutes later that lady came & tell me go behind, this is queue. I said I’m already in the queue. She said if you argue, It will take long time to collect. If she doesn’t know, She should ask politely. She didn’t give anything free to me. Her attitude & behaviour like a boss. This happened by 12.30 pm today. Argos should give priority to click & collect customers like other stores. And also should give training to customer service behaviour.

    Absolutely diabolical , 20 people in queue and only 1 till operator who didn't want to let go of the person she was serving, I guess they get commission on selling insurance. How can you have 1 till operating in this busy period and that too at lunchtime. Thank God , my purchase available in other shops , walked out after about 10 minutes as the till person was still stuck with that 1 customer. The queue was started to build up till outside the store Will have to think twice to use this branch , the ones in a sainsbury store are much better.

    3 tills is what i can see from my eyes. And one person is serving. How this place is not closed for being such a low quality service and being so slow. Argos was my go to place when i was in central london now is a total disaster. Never recommend to collect your parcel from argos

    I purchased a guitar from Argos just 5 days ago. Naturally, I had to open it to check if it played correctly β€” how else is someone supposed to confirm if a musical instrument works? Unfortunately, the strings were not as expected, so I went back to return it. To my surprise, both the staff and the manager refused to accept the return simply because the item was opened. That logic is ridiculous β€” it’s impossible to test the product without opening it. When I asked them to show me the return policy, they were unhelpful and dismissive. The experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff and manager clearly lacked basic customer service skills, and their attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative. I’m honestly shocked by how poorly this was handled.

    I ordered and collected a gaming keyboard, mouse and headset combo deal from Argos Friday 3pm 11/10/2022. Naturally, I got home and set it up so that I could test it and feel if it works for me. After a few minutes, the initially comfy headset felt uncomfortable and the sound quality was lacking. The mouse didn't feel as comfortable as I'd have liked, and the keyboard was poor quality and also didn't physically fit well with my setup. I chatted with an Argos customer service agent online to confirm that I could return the order for a refund so that I wouldn't waste my time taking it back to the store, only to be denied. They told me I could do this - I have the transcript. I took it back on Saturday 12/11/22 - less than 24 hours after collection - and was told that I couldn't return it because it's been opened.... HOW can I be expected to know if I want to keep the products if I'm not given an opportunity to unbox them and test them first??!? ALSO: I knew they were going to unpack everything themselves in order to check for any damage, so I didn't bother to 100% properly repack everything. I personally would never expect the customer to be able to repack tech products exactly as they were when opened. I expected they would have staff to ensure that items are properly repacked before they're back on the shelf for reselling. The manager at this Argos branch told me that 'it's not their job to repack the products' So now I have been refused my refund. I'm disgusted at these completely illogical policies and at the way the manager handled it. I intend to pursue this further until I get my refund. Argos will never see my business again.

    Nice and friendly relaxing place to come just before closing time. Its quite big and just outside the station super convenient. Didn't have to wait long at all and staff were nice and friendly. Would recommend it. Came here to pick up a mouse i ordered online. Very happy customer!

    Beautiful branch but ……The slowest Argos ever. Need someone to step & manage this place properly. Been waiting for 15 minutes & no product yet. I Thu j these team is lost & could de with a good manager ( maybe the one from Ruislip branch )
