   This used to be a lovely place with nice staff but recently you've employed 2 new girls one blonde the other dark hair and they're not very nice to be served by always get the order wrong and the blond girl always serves HALF a cup of coffee half all foam it's vile there's also a new lad who's just as obnoxious I'm sick of wasting my money I won't be returning!

   Food was decent but the whole experience was horrible. Rude customer service dirty tables and dirty dishes left on the tables. Tried to start a conversation with one of the girls making my drinks but I was ignored. I asked for cream on my hot chocolate and when I received it I mentioned that I wanted cream on it the lady gave me a dirty look and grabbed the cream from the fridge. She looked quite angry while doing so. I wasn’t happy with this experience or customer service at all. I was made to feel unwelcome. Service was rushed as well. I also recommended cleaning more as well. There were cobwebs everywhere crumbs of food still left on the floor. This just put me off from eating here again.

   Dan who served me was an absolute star! Very helpful and so friendly! I am not easily pleased but that guy deserves a shout out. The rest of the staff are pretty good as well and convey that very appreciated chilled feeling we so crave when we are having a coffee!
