   Dont waste your money. Ordered at 12pm .. told me my food was on the way at 1:45. Came to 2:40 i phoned back they said my order was next out! Wouldnt mind but i had this with them previously and thought id give them the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely ridiculous so in the end 3 hours later i phoned them and told them to cancel i didnt want it anymore they responded with “sound” i cant believe the cheek. You get put on the phone to about 4 different girls who just dont have a clue and clearly dont have any brains between them why does it take 3 hours for 2 sausage and bacon buttys.

   Don't bother, food terrible waited an hour for soggy breakfast nah thanks all went in the bin. Learn to cook food before you open a cafe. Cant even do a slice of toast for pete sakes it all burnt n soggy. Never ordering from this place ever again. You pissed me off with my order.

   Ordered around half 12. Food never turned up to close to 4pm. When I rang at 2pm they said they was bagging the food up. Rang at 3:10 and they said the driver had only just left. Food came sweaty from sitting a carton for that long and was disgusting. Basically tea time by the time it arrived when it was supposed to be for dinner. Also would not call the meat steak but charcoal. Go and put your money in the bin would be better spent.

   I have orderd a couple of times from there and always late 30-60 minutes. Today i orderd 15/04/24 chicken nuggets and chips which had silver black hair on it stuck to the chicken nugget the chips were covered in grease. i also orderd 2 sausages rolls which i only recieved one and a stake pie that i havent orderd. Horrible will never orderd again!

   Disgraceful!! Waited over 2 hours for my food to me delivered and live less than a 5 minute drive away, Women constant lied to me on the phone about where my order was saying it was 5 minutes away then 10 minutes then said sorry 30 minutes now and I’ve just rang back and she said it’s out now 2 and a half hours later and it’s still not here absolute liars worst customer service about and I’ve just spoke to a family member who’s told me the foods disgusting anyway!! Stay clear of these wrongens!!

   Honestly read the reviews ! Don't order staffed obviously can't be bothered. We waited almost 2 hours for a couple of breakfast things, had to call twice just to find out where my food was when it arrived it didn't taste good at all wqa very greasy and overdone eggs. Just avoid

   Horrendous. Made an order for delivery waited 2 hours when I rang them the cafe was closed! Yet they had taken my money. I've tried several times to sort this out with them and they've refused to issue me a refund for the food I never recieved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS horrific customer service. They've literally just robbed me blind.

   Terrible service. Kept getting told it’ll take half an hour, 2 hours waiting still didn’t receive order. Ended up ordering something else from Just Eat instead. Staff in this place have a serious attitude problem, girl delivers food with an attitude when I addressed the time it took, she didn’t care at all, no apology or anything, basically threw the food at me and walked off. Moral of the story is always check reviews folks, because this place looked decent on the UberEats page, but it’s actually a mess. Food was dead as well, didn’t even eat it, went straight in the bin.

   DO NOT EVEN WASTE A SECOND ON READING THE MENU. took nearly two hours for a simple order. Came sloppy and with an attitude. Had to ring twice after not being able to get through and believe it or not that's a BLT???.... Deffo be asking for a refund because what even is that... Order at breakfast time if you want a half hearted attempt of some food... Fuming...
