Great, large shop with excellent choice of IT and home appliances. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff offering good quality customer services. Also, there are special offers for some equipments only available in the store but not online. I will highly recommend this shop.
We went to buy a PS5 at Currys today and were assisted by Antonio. He was very helpful and kind. We would love to come back and receive his service again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Visited this Currys branch today and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I spent almost 40 minutes just trying to get a simple answer about whether the item I needed was in stock. I was passed from one advisor to another, but nobody seemed able to check properly or take responsibility for helping. In the end, I left without any clear information and had to order the product online myself. It felt like customer service was not a priority at all in this branch, and the whole process was unnecessarily frustrating. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve faster, clearer, and more attentive service.
I’ve had a terrible experience with Currys PC World. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive — it felt impossible to get proper assistance when I needed it. My issue [briefly explain — e.g., a faulty product, missed delivery, or refund delay] has still not been resolved, despite several attempts to contact them.
Went to buy a laptop with a friend. We waited 15 minutes trying to catch the attention of a staff member. We had the model number selected all we needed was to pay and leave. Eventually someone attended to our needs, he was polite and efficient. We left with the new laptop after spending nearly an hour in the shop.
They were excellent shop. You can find what you need in one place but they need help in customer service.
Massive Mega Store and Collection to See. Collection not easy on the spot. We were there to buy Cooker but They can't give us as there was some mistake in the order sent out earlier.
Extremely poor experience as usual. Hardly any staff member on floor to assist us. There was only 1 staff member on 1st floor who is not interested to help anyone but the customer he was dealing with. Similar situation on ground floor which have more staff present but all seems to be busy with customers. Buying a microwave took us 45 mins as we have to locate one ourselves and took it to the counter. 2 stars due to some assistance we received by warehouse staff who got the one we wanted from the back and bring it out to our vehicle
