   First time visiting this salon, I was a bit cautious at first cause of some not very nice reviews on here. But I walked out very happily after having BIAB infils done. Yes the whole process wasn't very quick, it took just under 2 hours, which is completely normal im my opinion considering how detailed and carefully everything was done! I always pay attention on how manicure technicians do my cuticles, and I must say it was done to perfection! I realy enjoyed whole process, staff are really friendly and very professional! I really do recommend this salon, and I will definitely be back again! Thank you Zoe Nails!

   I have been going here for just over a year now and won’t go anywhere else! Zoe and her team have an amazing eye for detail and every set they’ve done for me has been absolutely perfect. They spend time on each and every one of their customers and make sure they do their best to ensure that they leave happy. I would absolutely recommend.

   Very disappointed – would not recommend. The prices here are ridiculously high and seem made up on the spot. I got simple white French tips, and the woman next to me had a full, detailed design — yet we were charged the same. I went to get my nails done yesterday (the only day I had free), and my car broke down when I got there, so I had no choice but to stay even though I knew the price was high. Throughout my appointment, three different people worked on me, including a learner. It took about two hours to finish something basic. It honestly felt like they were dragging it out to make the salon look busy when people walked in. I kept saying I needed to go and the shape was fine, but they just kept reshaping. Felt like a waste of time and money.

   Ignore my dry skin—just look at how gorgeous my nails turned out! They really nailed the shape and the nail art is beautiful. The salon doesn’t take appointments, so be prepared to wait, especially during peak hours. That said, I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be back.

   Amazing!! I have got my nails at different places in Leeds, but Zoe is one of the best place I ever been. Showed the pictures from online and she did exactly the same. Highly recommended!! She also suggested the nails which is best and suites you. I had my natural nails, I didn’t had any extensions she suggested me Biab nails which is lighter than acrylic, it came out really nice.Thank you so much Zoe !!
