We absolutely love our sleek Euromobil Kitchen which fits our architect-designed apartment beautifully. Our Swiss architects specified the kitchen because it is made to exacting standards and has great durability and performance. We needed to make some small touch-ups to it after several years of use and both the company and Hi-Spec Design were incredibly helpful and communicative, They went out of their way to help us on what was an insignificant item. If this is representative of the type of service they give - and, from what I have read of others' reviews, it is - I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Lucy was so very helpful. Even though I was simply an appliance customer there was no lack of customer concern, care and support. In this difficult global climate with uncertain lead times, Lucy did everything to make sure my appliances were on track. I was so impressed that she took the time to deal with MIele customer care on my behalf. So flexible too in dealing with my indecisive nature too!
Nervous about buying on line so usually pay by Barclaycard for added protection. This is the first time I have used Hi-Spec Design and learnt that they do not accept credit or debit cards. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to proceed with my purchase.The service I received was first class and I will definitely use again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They went to every possible length to take us through a very thorough design process and ensure we received a fully tailored and competitively priced (but extremely high end) kitchen. It’s rare that you find companies who surprise you when it comes to great service. However, our experience of working with Lucy and her team at Hi-Spec was excellent from start to finish. I did a lot of research when purchasing our Gaggenau appliances for our new kitchen – contacting upwards of 10 suppliers. Hi-Spec were by far the best in terms of product knowledge and their prices were surprisingly competitive. Lucy was able to provide excellent advice in terms of how to combine the various appliances we purchased: fridge, freezer, oven, steam oven and hob. Hi-Spec were professional, diligent, courteous and very accommodating throughout the whole process even weeks after delivery of the appliances. A great experience all round – I would highly recommend them.
