   We’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s always amazing. The staff are super friendly, always there to help and the chefs make the most delicious food. My favourite is the spicy chicken on sourdough and with bacon. Absolutely delicious. My partner tried their cheese toastie, which she loved and the flat white is always a hit. Highly recommend! You’ll also see plenty of dogs.

   Honestly disappointed. Waited 5 minutes to be served, 10 for a coffee, was pushed for time so asked for refund because there was no sign of the coffee- this took so long that a coffee was kindly passed to me as I needed to leave. But it definitely wasn't the coffee I ordered as I discovered on first sip three minutes up the road. I've been to the lark lane shop as it's nearest me and I've never waited as long as this at a similarly busy time of day. I appreciate the effort to expedite the order but something went wrong today.

   We had such a lovely experience at Crosby Coffee. The matcha with oat milk was perfectly smooth and balanced, so comforting and just the right level of sweetness. And the cinnamon bun was absolutely divine, soft, warm, and full of flavor. A cozy spot with great vibes and even better treats. Can’t wait to come back!

   Crosby Coffee has been sold in cafes around the area for a while now, and good to see their operations being moved locally. The coffee is lovely and the Iron Man Coffee is a lovely strong blend. Been inside this coffee shop for one drink and the service was great and the coffee was even better. Will be visiting more in the future. Update: now has a downstairs area which is lovely and ideal for working in.

   Coffee done with care. Lots of choices when it comes to beans, including buying bags of beans. Reasonable selection of pastries and cakes, but I didn't partake. Everything looked tasty though. Pet friendly. My wife didn't enjoy the coffee, so maybe ask for advice if you're a Columbian Stan.

   Stood there like a numpty behind a customer standing at one end of the bar, believing I was in a queue. Barista sees me enter, sees me standing there. Counter staff aware of me but no acknowledgment, no greeting, no guidance. 5 minutes later, now having assumed this is a very slow service place, someone else walks up to another part of the bar and gets served immediately. I point out I was waiting already, but get completely ignored by the person serving the newcomer. Feeling invisible and also unwelcome, I ask the ‘barista’ who knew I’d been waiting but had said nothing, to make me a coffee please, (and of course then I can pay for it…) and she tells me to go to the other end and wait to order!?. Wow. Rude. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Disrespectful. Demeaning. Certainly no signs of ‘hospitality’! I asked her to kindly ‘forget it’ and left. Absolute amateur shambles with zero awareness of customer service.

   It’s clear from the queues and the steady stream of people (and their dogs) that this is no hidden gem, but as a tourist you may be surprised to find this place on such an unassuming residential road. Friendly service of very good coffee and pasties. Pour over or espresso fan, you will be happy and satisfied. About my only complaint would be the lack of more substantial food options.
