   I’d like to give a big shout-out to Anwar for his outstanding customer service during our recent visit to Currys. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help once given the okay too. We originally came in with a TV enquiry, and Anwar went above and beyond by not only answering all our questions but also pointing us towards a better model that suited our needs even more. His knowledge and honesty were really appreciated. He also helped us with our coffee machine enquiry, giving clear explanations and making sure we understood the differences between the options. Anwar made the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Anwar, for making our visit such a positive one!

   I've been to this store a handful of times, sometimes to buy something, sometimes to leave batteries or small electronics. The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products

   I recently visited the Currys store near Wembley Stadium and had a mostly positive experience. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Wembley Park Station and easy to find in the Stadium Retail Park. There’s plenty of parking, including accessible spaces. Inside, the store is clean and well-organized, though it does feel a bit cramped during busy hours. The range of products is solid—TVs, appliances, laptops, accessories—but some high-demand items (like Apple Watches or budget TVs) weren’t available when I went, which was a little disappointing. Staff-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. A team member went above and beyond to help me choose the right washing machine, even arranging fast delivery. However, there were a couple of moments where I had to wait around to find someone free. So while the help is great when you get it, it can feel understaffed at times. Delivery was fast—my appliance arrived within 48 hours, and the delivery team was polite and careful. I haven’t had to return anything yet, but based on what I overheard at the desk, returns might be a slower process. Overall, if you know what you’re looking for, Currys Wembley is a solid, dependable option—especially for large appliances or same-day pickups. Just don’t expect premium service every time, and call ahead if you’re after something specific.

   First of all any reviews that are positive and with 3 or more stars are likely to be fake , any 1 star are the true review and I’m one of them , this store is runs by muppets they they have a manager name Stuart and he has no interest in his job and customers are nothing to him , they is another man in the back of the store customer service and returns his name is Mike and he is even worse he will hates customers he doesn’t like his job at all I think terrible person . Can’t believe run thieve stores with these muppets people spend lot of money with curry’s , any store you walk in you will get ignored by these muppets they don’t want to help or serve anyone they are just like display in the shop . Not spending money from these muppets

   A good home appliance store. A large area, a large selection of televisions,croc pot is cheap, it is worth ordering such a cookbook Jessica Williams on Amazon. It' tasty, I recommend it!

   Currys is really beginning to show it’s age. I went in to look at some Ring products and was bitterly disappointed. Nothing is setup to test or see. They just have dummy plastic shells supersuper glued and wired to display tables. As you can’t really test anything other than TVs and laptops, for smaller items, you are essentially going to a warehouse to hand over your money without testing.

   How many visits does it take to deliver, install and recycle a washing machine? Apparently 4... Seeing all the bad reviews here I'm less surprised now. Ludicrous service really, stuff lying just to get away, no real solutions and help. If only after all the trouble and waiting around for them it was at least installed properly... Good luck to you if you're reading this and planning on buying from them!
