   VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR I have been going to their salon for a few months now, They used to be good but ever since hiring new staff the quality has gone down. I had worked with this one girl twice so far. The first time my nail broke within days but I gave it the benefit of doubt. The next time she did my nails I noticed one of them was very thin so I told her to make it slightly thicker so it doesn't break again, she said Nono and that it's alright. I went home and to no one's surprise, it broke within 2-3 days. I had to go back to get it fixed. I reminded her that I had told her to thicken it a bit but didn't argue and even paid for the repair. Last friday, when I went to them, they turned me away saying they're closing down an hour early, no more explanation. Then today when I went to get my nails done for a new set, they refused me service accusing me of stirring up arguments every session when the only thing I had ever said, without shouting or any curses, was that "I told you it would break, you should have put more on it" What hurts most is the accusations that the business set up because I have absolutely no clue what they talk about behind my back. Also, they didn't bother telling me on Friday to not come back or we'll refuse service and waited until the next session. They have also taken it upon themselves to gossip with the nail tech across the road and tell them to refuse service as well. I wouldn't waste my time going there. Very shocked with this unprofessional and unwarranted behaviour

   Used to love this salon, but now it’s just so hit and miss, there’s only like 2 technicians left that are actually good. Customer service dosent exist anymore, I’ve kept giving it a shot thinking I just got unlucky or don’t describe enough but even basic French Manicure is proving impossible. £60-above just to leave the salon disappointed over and over again and today I didn’t even get my nails finished, as they got my base colour wrong and only asked me to check if I like my toes once the whole pedicure was done, I thought “oh god I can’t sit here for another 40+mins waiting for them to finish, hopefully the hands will look better” well it didn’t I ended up asking to pay and leave and not even get the French tip done on my hands. I’ve given it many chances over the last year but it’s just getting worse now. I hope more training will be given and customer service improves for other clients. It’s sad to see as it really did used to be a good salon.

   Regularly get my nails done. They’re not the chattiest but I like that as I can take the time to just watch the artistry and sit with my thoughts peacefully. Amazing people who always provide immaculate service and helpful advice when asked. Particularly Tony who does lash extensions, they last for a substantial amount of time. Definitely recommend ☺️

   I went to get my nails done and was excited, I showed up and the lady asked me what nails I wanted I showed her and she looked worried and went and asked someone something then came back and said the nails would be £50 I said okay and she started to do them they was rushed and they looked nothing like the picture, you are the professional I am not so you are meant to know how to do the nails I want, they are short and stubby they look awful, also they don’t take card in this day and age is stupid they told me I need to leave my phone to go get the money out my account I didn’t but still came back and paid them. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional this place is
