   The service from the male staff member is exceptional. Very friendly, not just with myself, towards the other staff on shift and other customers in the cafe. Worth coming here just to listen to him being kind and helpful towards everyone.

   Called just before closing with a friend for a quick coffee which was at 3:45pm girl behind counter was polite and helpful. Which when we came to sit down at the booth tables the table was filthy dirty and the chairs was even worse used a wipe to clean it which we always carry with us they were black . Not very happy with the cleanliness at all .

   What a dreadful place. We tried to have a simple lunch of tea, sandwich/panini and cake. There were no sandwiches, 1 cheese "toastie" which was bread with cheese waiting to be toasted and that was it. We have up because the corners were literally curled up on it and the bread looked really dry. On asking the lady said it was prepared the day before but assured me it had been stored appropriately. We went to Tim Hortons across the way which wad equally as abysmal, but by this point it was 12.30 and we just wanted food. Avoid this cafe (and the other place) at all costs.

   Dee dees cafe in range Huslet in leeds, dont go, it's a rip off, girl on phone all the time, never took it away from her ear, I'm diabetic bloods low, had to eat, got beef burger and curly fries, cost over £7, fries hard, couldn't chew them, all stuck together, burger, could have soled your shoe with it, just a plain bun with over cooked burger, disgusting, they need to get there act together, trying to find head office email address guess what can't find one, had to give a star I wanted to give zero

   Worst food I have ever been served up a toastie that was barely toasted and a tuna melt that was soggy as hell and half over the plate. Avoid at all costs. The management should be ashamed. Would give 0 if I could
