Nicole, the new manager, is like a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, friendly and can do it all with her eyes closed! So nice to see she's getting the place sorted. Even had dairy free spread! Before, the staff just said, offhandedly, "No. We've got butter." No good if you're lactose intolerant!

Lucy the barista did an excellent job of juggling 7 customers orders by herself. She was polite, professional and helpful throughout while serving, making the coffees and preparing the food etc., She’s a credit to your shop, Costa. Re-designed with customers jostling around the till area needs to be changed As dangerous when you’re balancing hot drinks on a tray. Doors not suitable for Wheelchairs Prams Automatic required I love your coffee, so please do something and put an extra barista on.

Had to wait in a long queue to be served. Sat down in a window seat when I was asked to leave because I had my small do with me. I explained that Costa does allow dogs. The lady then told me they didn’t because they were a franchise. I had to tell take my sandwich and coffee outside which wasn’t good as it was raining. I won’t be visiting again. It would help if you put a sign up saying ‘Not Dog friendly’

I ordered the Black forest and cream hot chocolate drink with a white chocolate trillionaires slice. If you want a total sugar rush, then these two are perfect! At over £7 for a hot chocolate and a small cake, this isn't cheap, considering the seating and decor of the place. It's hard to rate the atmosphere in a small cafe within a supermarket. Parking is obviously no problem as it is within a superstore.

Good Costa. Very efficient and helpful staff. Clean and popular . Standard Costa menu so a bit limited but great coffee

Edit: This store has subsequently undergone refurbishment. As Costas go, this is somewhat disappointing. While the coffee is good, you have to pay extra for any milk substitution that isn't soya. Service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The interior is very tired, with marks and scuffs all over the floor, walls and furniture. The flooring is lifting in places which could present a trip hazard for some people. Most of the café looks generally unclean and in poor condition. The upstairs toilets were out of service and so only the accessible toilet downstairs was open. This was filthy and extremely tired looking. I would not feel conformable using it, having any physical disability (which I do not). You can get cheaper coffee that is just as good from a local coffee shop in the village, of which there are many excellent choices. Which is what I would recommend instead.

Recently refurbished. It looks smart and is smaller than before. Friendly service and the coffee was lovely

Really disappointed by our experience. The whole place was filthy, no tables had been cleared even though it was empty, no excuse for this. Our table was dirty with hot chocolate all over the floor and it went on my coat which has since stained; not what I expect. They need some supervisors in there and to clean it all up, won't be going back any time soon.

Friendly staff that always remember your drink. Lovely hot cappuccino and sausage barm. Very clean.

So, apart from the fact that the toasted sandwiches were only toasted on one side, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. A quite pleasant environment which was well managed and clean.
