Oven heating element appeared to have packed up. Called this company. I was quoted, £40 callout £30 labour plus parts which should have been around £30, according to the engineer, but after fixing I had to pay £148, which was more than I was quoted. Otherwise, very quick and efficient response and repairs.
David arrived within hours. I requested for 30mins notice which he did - thank you. He is knowledgable, explained the issue and tried to order part. But he told me the part is too expensive and suggested I can buy it online and replace it myself. I am surprised. I spent 2/3 of the price he found inc next day delivery - very glad. Thank you David. Might be he stressed out by the parking and stairs he wasn’t as responsive or friendly as others mentioned. But generally I’d recommend him and use him again. If he could send me the receipt which I asked a couple of times so I can claim insurance I’d be very appreciated, please? Thank you Judy
