   Usually enjoy occasional visits here. Not lately. For ages they have no dish washer working. Ok, I happen to be one of them bores who hates drinking coffee out of paper. Or eating food from a paper bag. Alright for takeaways but to stay in? No. Had enough. I reckon it could be a ploy. To dispense with proper cups and stuff so that staff don’t have to deal with them? Hope not, cos I will go elsewhere. Too much competition nearby now. I’ve already explored those and you don’t get paper. Already I have noticed fewer customers. Price of coffee is getting exorbitant. Do they reduce it for paper? No. Rip off time. Getting less of everything right now for ever-increasing prices. Voting with my feet.

   I came here this week with my friend as a birthday treat for her - after giving our orders to Charlotte we were met with the upmost friendly experience. Not only were our orders placed correctly and swiftly, Charlotte offered us information on points as well as the loveliest birthday wishes for my friend, and we both got to have such a laugh with her! It definitely made the trip that bit more special which made me personally very happy so thank you so much, Charlotte ♥️ Our drinks were prepared quickly and perfectly by the barista who made them, so thank you so much for that as well! As always, very delicious and satisfying ☕️

   I came here a few months ago and wasnt impressed, the place was dirty including the floor around tables etc, they took a long time to make the drinks which were warm and thought it might be better this time but unfortunately we walked in sat down and found it was more dirty and smelly, the floor disgusting and looked like it hadn't be cleaned for days. We simply walked back out and went to Costa.

   Visited on a quiet Sunday morning—only a few customers in-store and no queue. Ordered two iced drinks but waited 10 minutes only to be given two hot ones. When we pointed out the mistake, staff offered no apology and simply said “OK.” We waited another 10 minutes for the correct drinks. Service was slow, inattentive, and lacking basic courtesy. Very disappointing.

   Not sure what this sandwich was supposed to be. But resembled a tomato sauce butty with light dusting bacon flakes. All for an incredible price of £6. Coffee was okay

   Visited New Brighton Starbucks on a Tuesday lunchtime. Most people in there were on their laptops working. Trendy! Had a latte an a cheese and ham toasty, which was not too expensive and pretty tasty. Yeah pretty standard Starbucks would recommend to anyone who needs a bit of WiFi or a nice coffee.

   Good service and staff but the queues can be a bit long sometimes. The town can get busy in the summer but more staff or a different way of working might help. Offering delivery via a partner like JustEat would be a game changer, especially for cold mornings this winter and I’m sure this will bring even more business.

   Large Starbucks on the promenade. Glasd front. Quick service. My tip is but filter coffee only £2 a cup. You can park on the front. Nice people watching spot.

   They always serve you in a take away cup, and we all know coffee lover don’t like that as it changes the taste. Staff claiming the washing machine is broken or run out of cups. Not the beste experience I’m afraid, not to mention they don’t serve you cutlery when buying a cake as well.
