   Terrible service, poor food and inadequate facilities. Myself and three friends visited this week. One of our friends is in a wheelchair chair, the ramp to the front door was steep and the lip to get over nearly saw her tip backwards. The disabled toilet has a step to get to and the till was too high for her to pay properly. Another of my friends is dyslexic and struggles to read. When she went to pay she asked for the screen to be explained to her, member of staff was rude and said just read it. I stepped in and read the screen for her planning that not everyone is capable of reading screens, no apology. Now to the service. While choosing what we were going to eat we each chose a milk shake. Although there were a lot of staff the organisation was as poor as you can get. Although only 5 tables were full our milkshakes sat on the counter to the point I walked over and collected them. We all ordered food but we were unable to eat together as it all arrived at different times. The food was, in my opinion, overpriced for what we received. Very disappointing, experience and one we will not be repeating. One last thing would be a comment on the amount of rubbish and piles of bags stacked around and under tables in the area outside the kitchen door where the food comes out.

   Absolutely love it here. Never had a bad meal. Food always comes out hot and fresh. My favourite is the salt and pepper pasta bowl, delicious! Staff very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Also dog friendly, can't go wrong!

   Visited today for lunch with my friend, and we were impressed by both the food and the staff. Unfortunately the kitchen ticket machine had a blip and didn’t print our ticket off. However, the chef came out and was extremely apologetic for the wait. This is refreshing to see when so many other restaurants have a “like it or lump it” attitude and although we did have a little extra wait (we anticipated things to take longer because of the heat) we were happy with both the service and the food. Keep up the good work!

   Why such a long wait for food?… I’ve come to this cafe around 3/4 times due to my daughter riding at the riding school, and honestly it’s always the same. Today I waited 50 minuets for food, there can’t be the excuse because of new kitchen etc because like I said I’ve been here before and it’s been the same story with 40/50 min wait for food, I wouldn’t mind but there has even been a time when I’ve ordered food and paid for it, been told to come back and then when I have it’s not ready and it’s because the foods clearly been forgotten about. Just not good at all, so sad because it has the potential to be such a wonderful cafe can’t understand the food wait times when it does always seem to be adequately staffed but maybe that’s just front of house. The food wait times really put me off coming again, I think I’ll bring my own food to watch my daughter ride next time. Also the chip portion sizes have gotten way smaller…

   A lovely place to sit in or outside, after a local walk or a visit to the Larton's pet store. A small menu but full of lovely choices. Unfortunately on this visit, they'd ran out of tomatoes for the tomato and mozzarella wrap, and out of mangoes for the mango smoothy. I'd pop to the local co-op for tomatoes! However I'd still thoroughly recommend! This place is a gem.

   First time visiting baked and they did not disappoint. Food was amazing, drinks were just as good. Staff were nice and helpful. In a cool location. Ran by young adults which is always good to see. 10/10

   Great coffee shop and cafe in Frankby on a country complex that has a horse riding school, fishery and pet food shop. They have a great menu, lovely coffee and traybakes. It has indoor and outside seating in a quiet rural location.

   We enjoyed a cuppa after shopping next door sitting outside at the table in the beautiful sun. Don't know what the food is like but all the other tables had cartons of food and looked like they were enjoying them. We'll eat on our next visit Get all your animal foodstuffs nearby in the warehouse.
