Absolutely fantastic customer service by Arco Abdul! I hope he’s still working there - at the time of our visit the manager wasn’t very nice to him! Great store! Much bigger inside than it looks from outside. You can find virtually everything here, homeware, diy tools, bulbs, batteries, stationery, domestic stuff and much much more. Appalling service. Received email saying order had arrived. Staff couldn't find it and said that an order must have been checked in incorrectly. I said that I wasn't pleased about the inconvenience and I was told that they would telephone to let me know it had arrived, as though that was going above and beyond (!) - they didn't even offer to post it out to save a second trip. There's plenty of other places that sell the things that they offer and usually for better value. I asked for a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere in future - I just don't have enough spare time to waste on shoddy service.
