Stocks some stunningly poor quality products. Ice cube tray I bought there was made out of thin plastic which was so brittle when cold that it just came apart in my hands the first time I used it. Literally could get a single ice cube out of it, because the tray snapped to pieces before the cubes came out.

On 18th January, between 4–5 PM, I encountered a young Indian woman at the counter who was quite rude. When I made the payment, she mumbled something under her breath and continued chatting casually with her colleague during the transaction. She showed no attention to the customer, offered no greetings, and appeared untrained and unprofessional in her role, seemingly slacking off.

Just took back a faulty thermos flask without the receipt, explained it was roughly 6 months old and had failed, Mark the assistant manager looked up my card details and simply gave me a replacement new flask. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Mark, you were extremely polite and helpful ,a credit to your company. Try getting service like that online

If possible I'd gave minus *! Went today and bought an air fryer, the young guy spent around 7-8 minutes scrutinising my money with a pen and looking at it. When he gave my change i did the same and said I'm being as disrespectful as you were to me. He aggressively shouted it's not disrespectful, i said it is,accusing me of having funny money. He kept saying it's not disrespectful, i said I'm the customer, if i say its disrespectful, then it IS disrespectful, as customer is ALWAYS right, but not in this store obviously

They close whenever they like, even though it's an hour early.

Very high prices and very poor customer service. Suggest going to Screwfix or B&Q instead, they're much cheaper and better. Dyas staff falsely claimed my defective electric drill was left outside to avoid warranty claim, a snide trick.

Great store with lots of random essentials at often reasonable prices. Definitely worth a look rather than buying online. Friendly team and always regular deals available on selected items :)

A good store for general household goods with some good offers which admittedly are nationwide offers. The staff are very mixed as one I made enquiry with about a product availability mumbled something about having a hard day and walked off yet another I spoke with after was very friendly and helpful and located the item I was looking for. If it wasn't for the rudeness of the 1st member of staff I spoke with I would have given this store 5 star rating.

Shocking customer service. Went into this store to return an online order. Welcomed by a very friendly member of staff whom unfortunately was not trained to deal with the refund. He called his colleague Pearl whom was very hostile. She demanded to know why I was returning the items. I explained I didn't want them yet she insisted she need to know the exact reason. She was extremely rude and intimidating and then went to get someone else. The gentleman she called was not professional in any shape or form. Didn't know what to do and went to ask the assistant manager. He came back and said I would need to call customer services. I suggested perhaps it made more sense for him to call them. He then went to tell the assistant manager. She came over as if it was the biggest inconvenience to her day. She said I should really return my items via the post as that's how I received it. She then started to process a return as if it was a huge favour to me. She told me to enter my card into the card reader, I explained the amount was incorrect. She said it was correct and there was nothing she could do. I suggested calling customer services would be best. She went over to the phone whilst there realised her mistake. She came back and send she had entered the wrong quantities. No apology. Avoid this shop, whatever you need you can get cheaper on Amazon or even most grocery stores.
