It was a real pleasure to attend the workshop hosted by V-ZUG on making floral tablescape in honour of the Chelsea Flower Show last week. Also, it was great to learn more about the steam cooking and to actually try dishes that have been cooked with the Combi-Steamer V-ZUG ovens. As an interior design studio focused on sustainability, we would definitely recommend companies, such V-ZUG that have similar ethos.

Incredible demonstration by the V-ZUG team. The food was outstanding, and the team was extremely well-informed. Clearly, a great deal of effort and thought went into the post-purchase demonstration. The most beautiful Studio on Wigmore Street. The atmosphere is cool and sophisticated. The team was a pleasure to meet, all were extremely warm and welcoming. I did not have an appointment and they did not hesitate to spend a great deal of time with me discussing each appliance they thought would be suitable for me. Much appreciated.
I recently visited the Wigmore Street studio and cannot compliment them enough. My husband and I are in the beginning stages of renovating our kitchen, we had little idea about which direction we wanted to follow. However, we felt excited to be starting this journey after leaving the team. The chef, Andrea, and Alicia walked us through options patiently and kindly – we left with no questions unanswered, learning a lot throughout the process. They were also knowledgeable about the kitchen studios on the street and made great recommendations based on our personal tastes. Their products are innovative and stylish, yet super functional and intuitive. We are now very eager to get our renovations underway!
Both myself and my wife had a wonderful experience learning the best way to use the appliances. Everyone was extremely helpful and could not do enough to make our experience special.
Had a problem with our warming draw which was now out of warranty. Called customer services who were very helpful. V-ZUG sent out one of their own people and fixed it for us before Christmas.We have used all 4 ovens regularly and they look as good as the day we bought them.Thank you for your help resolving the problem.We made the right choice going with V-ZUG.

Need a spare part for our Zug dishwasher. The part was identified quickly, a picture sent to confirm and an order placed same day. Timely delivery and good follow up. Very happy.
