We stopped off at you Deeside Dobsill Costa and asked for 3x hot chocolates! 2 of which were lukewarm, took them back and the young colleague asked had we asked for extra hot chocolate??? No we didnt, we just asked for hot chocolate???? What the???? and we have never had to ask for extra hot choc before? An hot choc is an hot choc!
Haven't had food here but I'm sure it's excellent. Staff are very good and really helpful also the café kept very clean. A great place for a drink and a chat.
I haven't stopped in a Costa for a while but stopped withy daughter for a treat, staff at this location were lovely and friendly, coffees great and they had really good brownies reduced half price.
We've called in now on consecutive Wednesday mornings and quite clearly asked for our lattes to be extra hot. Both weeks they've been no more than luke warm. The only reason I didn't complain today was the fact that there was a large queue at the counter. To add insult to injury the toast we ordered had been heated up twice and became a challenge in itself to crunch thru. The same male member of staff has now failed consistently to deliver any of the 4 lattes we've ordered "extra hot". I would strongly suggest your staff member needs to start listening to your customers request, under goes retraining or finds another career. Kind Regards, Mr P MCDONNELL

This is new to the area and is a drive through or can park and go in. It's nicely decorated, staff were very pleasant and helpful and food and drink were good. Extra facilities were available such as a sink to rinse your cups or top up your water. Toilets were very clean. Will call again.
Wish I could give zero. I simply asked for a mint hot chocolate and he said we don’t do that I said oh sorry I had one here the week before last when you opened and he replied well no you didn’t cause we never have it so go on what do you want that we actually serve. Sadly this is the store manager sam. As a local resident what a shame. Will not return
