   I had a fantastic experience with Howdens, New Southgate, and especially with Kishen, the sales representative who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Kishen visited for the survey twice to ensure everything was accurately measured and provided great guidance on the kitchen design. His attention to detail and dedication were much appreciated. The after-sales service was also excellent, with all my questions answered promptly. There was a small issue with the initial delivery: Howdens's policy mentioned delivering the kitchen to a convenient location, but in reality, the delivery was curbside only, and we were responsible for moving the units upstairs with the help of our builders. This wasn’t clearly stated on their website (it’s not mentioned in their Delivery FAQs), and I think it would be helpful if Howdens made this more transparent. However, the delivery team was very accommodating. When I later ordered a few additional kitchen items, they kindly delivered those directly into the room of my choice - which was a nice touch, especially after the initial curbside delivery of the main kitchen, which came in two vans. I really appreciated their extra effort and the friendly service. Overall, I am very happy with Howdens and Kishen’s service, and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a professional and smooth kitchen experience.

   I would advise that if you are unsure or thinking about various options for your kitchen, Kishen is your man. He will measure up; see what's possible, generate ideas and understand how you will live in that environment. He came up with some new practical ideas as well shelve some that were not required, for me. Big help. Honesty is valued as well as being mentally sharp. Also shout out to Joe on front desk who always helps me with queries and caring.

   Kish at Howdens New Southgate is an amazing kitchen designer! Every little nuance detail is considered and he highlights facts for compatible units which is really important. His site visit checks to make sure everything is measured as needed. He knows his Howdens products well to offer different options to suit. In general we are very grateful to find him and the whole team at Howdens, who are all very professional. They have always given great advice. Kudos to the entire team.

   Completely unprofessional service from Paula and the entire Southgate Howdens branch. I started a complaint in January and it’s now April - I still haven’t heard back anything officially from the team about any acknowledgment let alone a resolution. I would not recommend this branch, it was rushed kitchen design with no real expertise or advice given.

   I'm in trade for a long time but definitely wouldn't use this branch anymore. I went to Howdens in Southgate early in the morning to get some kitchen items for 15-20 minutes before they opened and waited until just before 7.30 am. and asked if I could get in as I was rushed to the job. The two guys were smiling and laughing and showed me to the opening timetable. As a trader who works closely with Howdens from fitting their kitchens in the showrooms across the branches to spending lots of money through my customers, I felt disgusting attitude from them despite Howdens work with trades and should understand that the traders time is priceless. Definitely no more purchases from this branch!

   Now there was nothing smooth about the delivery of my kitchen, it came on two different dates despite having booked and paid two weeks in advance - no one informed me that the whole kitchen wouldn't be delivered on the day I'd booked for it to come, and I had to phone up to find out that information. Several items were delivered damaged and had to be swapped. I also ended up having to send several items back on my own dime. However, despite all this, call me a mad woman but I'd still order another kitchen from Howdens because a) my kitchen looks phenomenal, b) it was cheaper than wren/magnet, c) it came much quicker than other companies d) the customer service I received from Jaber was beyond superb and Chris was super helpful processing my return. The only thing that has stopped me from leaving a one star review is the customer service and the fact in the end after the hiccups, I do have a kitchen that I am very very happy with.

   I phoned but they were busy. However, Doulla called me back shortly after as they had caller ID and must have seen my missed call, Brilliant service. She answered all my questions and sent me a quote. I have also spoken with Paul and Chris. They have all been friendly, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even the delivery guy who came today went out of his way to help. Thank you guys.
