Visited Curry’s Westfield and had a smooth shopping experience. Picked up what I needed and managed to get a great black friday discount as well. Overall, very satisfied with the visit.
I visited curry’s on Thursday I waited for nearest 45 min to get hold of staff but that was not my problem on top of that we try to buy phone on finance as I spent near 2 hr and the end of their was just signing and I told the staff I know it should work may be because of the network or some issue he did not even wait for 10 min and told me to contact costumer care more over it was nearly 8pm I could not cal so I called next day and they said everything is good curry’s should have needed to do the rest. Literally worst experience I wasted my whole evening with just waiting and asking them what to do and get hold of them. Staff should know better what to do. Do not tell everytime to call costumer or may be comes back tomorrow because they are busy.
Currys offers a great selection of electronics and home appliances from top brands. The store layout is spacious and easy to navigate, and the staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help with product details or comparisons. The service is efficient, and checkout is smooth. A reliable place to shop for quality tech products at reasonable prices — highly recommended!
Absolutely horrific service. I wanted to purchase a touch screen laptop with a 360 hinge, I interacted with it in store and it seemed to work perfectly fine. I check the specs on the display and noticed that it says it was not touch screen. So, I double check with a worker to confirm whether it is, and he reassures me all is well. I purchase the laptop at a later date and realised that the specs they had displayed was for a completely different laptop. I go back into the store hoping for an exchange or discount but, they did not offer a reasonable solution. They wasted an hour of my time. The least they could do it put the correct displays up now.
It's really hard to get decent customer service here. You can go in and get a product/commodity. If you know what you want and the price is right compared to online options it is worth buying. But it is a "cash & carry" place. Little service, it has a product at a price and that's as much as you can reasonably expect. Nothing wrong with it but not a place where there is product expertise and/ir high customer service.
Just a big techie toy store. Didn't really see anything you can't get elsewhere. Wandered through, avoiding eye contact with bored-looking employees, and left. Very sterile and expensive.
Very poor customer service, I tried to order a fridge but was told the item is unavailable for delivery, when I got home I went to Currys website and found the item was available and its being delivered next week. Westfield shepherd's Bush store staff need training to operate their own ordering system.
Staff helpfulness was zero. Was going to drop 3-5 hundred pounds for a new TV today. Very incompetent staff, not knowing what to do or give you the customer the attention and help you need. Left it and walked out. Bought a new TV from John Lewis instead
Had a click and collect order to pick up during my lunch break (I work locally). Despite the store being rather busy a staff member greeted me and assisted me with the pick up. When I initially walked in store I was sure I wouldn't be able to get back to work on time, so I was truly surprised by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.
Such a fast easy check out. Wish America had such stores for electronics. In America, in Atlanta if you have two people in line it takes like 30 minutes to turn me money. Had like 20 in line here, took ten minutes. Keep up the great with guys!
