The Manager Mohammad there is really great. He helped me immensely with a really difficult return over a £1000 laptop where the fault was with Curry's online staff. I didn't even pick up the laptop at his branch so he could've fobbed me off but he didn't - he went out of his way to help and get me sorted. Great guy. Evan was also a great help.
I waited over 40 minutes to pick up my order after being told it was ready. I sat there the entire time while the staff showed no sense of urgency at all. After waiting that long, I was then told they couldn’t find my order. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of care or concern from the staff — there was no apology and no acknowledgment of the time I had wasted. Overall, the service was disorganized and the staff seemed completely unbothered by the inconvenience caused.
Very disappointed with repair service. Simply I bought a Samsung laptop less than a year ago and the hinges broke. I was told this is not covered by a warranty. Aren't the hinges supposed to last very long time because that's how you open and close a laptop when you use it! Waste of money and I will never buy anything from Currys again. No one to contact to have a decent discussion about the problem. I was told the finding cannot be disputed. Sad and feel scammed. In future i will only buy direct from the main dealer at least i can go back and talk to them if I have an issue rather than use an agent who acts as a post office. Again very sad ....
Fraud as it is. They said the price isn’t true and that they cannot sell us the demo because of Samsung… There must be a regulatory mechanism for these kind of frauds.
Recently I bought a TV, phone and radio from this store……. Shane and his colleague were extremely helpful, informative and patient. The transaction was a little complicated due to paying in different methods and Shane went above and beyond to facilitate this. I’m so grateful and would recommend them / this store to anyone when buying high spec electrical goods.
Medium size electronics store, containing a decent variety of goods on 2 floors. The level of knowledge was acceptable for the majority of customers. As such, I don't expect the company to invest money and time into the staff knowledge base. However, for technically skilled people, I find knowledge very basic.

Please tell me why when I placed an order, it was written on the website that I could pick it up today, since I was looking for a gift for my brother and I wanted to pick it up today, I looked in various stores for which I could do it immediately and thought that you have the same, it turns out that not so!!!! I specially ordered in Kensington, as it was written there that you can pick it up today, and I live in the second zone, which is not convenient for me to go to. I asked my girlfriend to go and get it, they said she doesn't have it, come tomorrow, and that's it for 5 days!!! thank you, I placed the order on December 22!
Recently I bought washing machine and they deliver to my flat on time and they were very polite. Then I order vacuum cleaner and I collect from shop this was good experience aswell. Overall sometimes we can get problems with the service or too much waiting on the till sometimes they can't help maybe but stil I believe they are trying their best to serve every single one of us. Because the company rules are sharp and the workers only doing their job we shouldn't forget this. Thanks.
Went in today around 2pm looking to purchase a Dell XPS 15. Was accompanied by a friendly chap named Andre who explained everything swiftly and thoroughly. Went above and beyond for what I was looking for. Amazing service from start to finish. Felt a bit like christmas day. Many thanks to the Curry's team and Mr Andre inparticular.
