   Arraya was so helpful. I don't know a lot about trainers at all, I don't like spending lot of money on them as I only really use them for the gym. Arraya was able to show me a few different pairs, some for fashion and some for sports. She really knew her stuff. I was able to get a good all rounder pair and they were in the sale too. It was pretty much my first time in a JD store and it was a good experience thanks to Arraya.

   Visited Arndale today , went to Jd to buy my daughter a tracksuit as we are on vacation and was served by this amazing young lady , I asked for her name I believe it was Alisha ,Also spoke to the managers at the store to tell them how great her service was ! she was extremely helpful made sure we go the size we wanted as it was on the mannequin display at the front of the shop and her customer service was brilliant !

   Wow, the staff here…. The first one didn’t know where click and collect was so I queued in the main till to then be told there is another till for click and collect. We then asked another staff to assist with some shoe sizes and she was just completely unhelpful and disinterested and then they didn’t have any of the sizes we needed so we just went to another shop and had a much better experience. Won’t be visiting this one again.

   Visited on Monday just gone and it was really quite. Some young lady just floating about the store doing nothing I asked her for a pair of trainers she gave me a blank look (as if nobody is home) and she just said Yeah. Waited 20 minutes and I had other shops to visit before they closed so wandered off for 10 minutes came back she said they sent the trainers back to the stock room because I wasn't there so I asked can I just buy them and she said yes after I finish doing this. So I waited for 10 minutes watched her fold some garments then wandered off to serve others customers so I just left.

   Worst hospitality ever . The staff is very irresponsible and just idiots don’t know how to respect the customer . The are being bossy and have a wired attitude . If i could put a negative rating i will definitely put negative 5 stars on customer relations. Its a humble request from my side to replace these kinds of staff or give them a orientation class on how to handle a customer . Really worst experience from here . Will not recommend anyone to come here again. Thank you

   I went in store with my daughter for some trainers yesterday, obviously the store was very busy with sales being on. My daughter decided on a pair of trainers and we were given a sticker with a number on and we're directed to a temporary till stand where you could on get an emailed receipt, there was one lad on this counter instead of another person finding and bagging up whilst he took payment, stood for around 45 min to pay, some people had been directed to collect shows and they weren't even at the till point, whoever came up with this idea should be sacked it was shocking, some people were getting a little ticked off and having a go at the server , which it was not his fault , it was just bad organisation, come in JD up your game.

   It's ok for the younger crowd as a nearly 50 year old it's not a fun experience. Also check the prices at the till I think they have the euro and pound prices mixed up. Products are good maybe need a few mature shop assistants for us old ones to feel more comfortable.
