My wife and I are vegan and the options were amazing, we just walked past and decided to stop for a coffee and a cake, we both a the vegan brownie and they were phenomenal, looking forward to coming back soon! Inside was nicely decorated and clean, couldn't rate it higher!

What an absolute joke called in to get ice cream got told its order only. So walked 2 minutes back home to order to find that you can not order different flavours when you click on 3 scoops. Don't know what happened to this place real shame thought it was a nice addition to our village but clearly standards have gone won't be going again.
Very disappointed with my recent visit to this place. The staff did not appear to be wearing any gloves and I watched the server dig her hand into a bag of frozen chips whilst wearing long fake nails. Got home with the order and was disgusted to find two hairs in the white chocolate sauce. Disappointing as it was supposed to be a treat for my daughter who had covid. Everything went in the bin. Won't be coming back as this place has gone downhill since first opening. Sorry.
Just bought cheese chicken bacon panini from hideout cafe absolutely disgusted with not even one rasher of bacon in the sandwich , For £5 it isn't really acceptable and about 5 tiny piece of chicken , absolute joke !!!!!
Nice cafe in Oxton village, Birkenhead. Good menu and good value. Great place for ice-cream or milkshakes for the kids. It's got indoor and outside seating. The staff are friendly and make time to have a chat with you.
I stopped here with my little brother today -- They do fantastic custom milkshakes as well as coffees, ice cream and other snacks. The service was great and the staff were really friendly!
