Have bought many items from Philip – TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, free-standing freezer etc. While not always price leader, they are always price relevant and will do their best to match deals elsewhere unless they are suicidal. Service before and after purchase has always been exemplary but in the middle of the recent heatwave, our integrated fridge freezer suddenly stopped working (after 11 years). Because of the replacement we chose, it was not a stock item and had to be ordered. Philip arranged for the loan of a fridge which was delivered, installed and then collected all at no extra charge. John Lewis might be the gold standard for brown and white goods in terms of pricing and customer service but if that’s the case, then Philip and the Top Discount team are the platinums. Superb service as usual – thank you to all the team. We have recommended Top Discount over the years unconditionally and will continue to do so
An excellent store full of top quality products at top discounted prices!! All the staff at Top Discount are extremely friendly and the service is incredible. The shop is full of luxury products at affordable prices. All under one roof you will find everything you need for your home and kitchen. Highly recommend.

Further update.... new condenser tumble dryer installed this week from Top Discount - fitted into utility unit and they even willingly connected the 'drain out' pipe so no more heavy water trays having to be lifted out and emptied - no more water running down my arm and dripping across the floor! Hurrah! Truly cannot praise this firm enough - well done! NEWS UPDATE! 5 stars held by Top Discount! They ALSO understand the importance of maintaining customer goodwill long after selling machines to me - they dealt with Bosch for me when WM broke down - THANK YOU! PLEASE KNOW you will have this customer for years to come - fantastic and jolly well done!
