   Great service and support from Cannon Tools, bought a petrol plate compactor and trying it for the first time on a Sunday morning couldn't get it to work. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they are open Sundays so gave them a call, they said their technician isn't available Sundays but if I brought it back and left it with them they would lend me a spare. When I arrived they said they couldn't find the spare and brought out a brand new replacement not only that but they unloaded the faulty one and loaded the one into my car. All done in 5 minutes and I was on my way back home, great customer service!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant store! The staff are absolutely fantastic. They always go over the moon to help me with everything I need every time I visit. They have all the tools you could possibly need, and everything is quick and handy. You can easily collect your order from the store or pop in if you have an account. Highly recommended!

   Save your money folks this lot is a pack of pirates I have spent £2200 on delivering and 2 boxes and I have BOTH with several pieces of damage but they offered to send me a new plug and £50 off because they sent me 2 boxes to Scotland (£200 each but the lady on the phone claimed they could both go together to save shipping) - now though they claim they ‘done me a discount’ and won’t send me a replacement they will ONLY send to collect the box and a REFUND they will not sell me a SECOND box ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

   Absolutely rubbish tools and customer service is disgusting. Mate always want to kick off u got a question they want to fight. Yes they sell cheap and poor quality stuff which can sell better online just do your self a favour go NT International at least quality is good and they don’t want to fight
