   3 staff on a Saturday. I believe the owner was being very chatty with a customer as I entered which sounded great, however zero eye contact or just a smile so I approached the desk where two other members of staff were, neither wanted to say hi and neither smiled. One eventually said hello, I think, perhaps I said it and asked a question. The answer was simply 'no'! That's cool, they can't sell everything but if they had been more personal, a smile and simply a 'ah sorry we don't sell that' I would return in the future. However, they made me feel really unwanted and like I was interrupting their afternoon. Kyle (I think you're the owner) you'd do better to employ a happy teenager who knows nothing but has great customer service on a Saturday!

   Having used this store on previous occasions , it would have been unfair to have left a lower score feedback. However based on the person who answered the phone on Friday morning (Nov 1st) a 1☆ feedback would have been appropriate . On reflection the bad phone line didn't help the situation. I have since recieved a phone call with a sincere professional apology from Kyle. I now regret voting with my feet by taking my business elsewhere on this occasion. I am therefore prepared to give Oxsted electrical another try in the future.

   Outstanding knowledge and customer service from Kyle. Excellent new and competitively priced fridge freezer and new gas hob. Delivery and fitting team excellent as well with timely and courteous service. Highly recommended.

   As a Managing agent based in S E London we need reliable companies that provide goods and services. Oxted Electrical exemplify this. At a delivery yesterday they called us to say that the isolation valve in the flat was faulty. This may have led to an aborted delivery and disappointed tenant. No problem however for Oxted Electrical. They called to say that for a modest additional charge they had replaced the faulty valve for a new one and the new machine was safely delivered. This kind of service is invaluable. Thanks Oxted Electrical!

   Amazing service from Kyle, answered the phone instantly when I called. We were let down by another supplier (literally waiting months for the microwave we wanted for our fitted kitchen). Kyle called me back when he said he would, having found what we needed at another branch. He even organised for prompt delivery, installation and recycling of our old appliance. Legend - thank you!

   The owner of Oxted Electrical is a rare business man with a heart and his customer service is the best in the class. He delivered a loan fridge while waiting for a new NEFF to keep our food safe. When our new NEFF developed a system fault after 3 months, he came to investigate. With NEFF engineer's report of the fault, he is now arranging to get a new replacement. I highly recommend using this outlet for superb trustworthy customer care and service.

   Why would you buy online when you can get a fantastic service from a local company like this. We recently bought a Smeg cooker from them. They can order in stock that you don't see online if you ask and they price matched the price we'd found online. Delivered, installed and took the old cooker away. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES.
