Andrew is an outstanding member of the team at Howdens. I went in to buy a part, which they didn't stock. However Andrew took my details, checked his own supplies at home and very promptly brought me the required part the very next day. And for no charge! An absolute credit to the company! Thanks Andrew

Really friendly place! The two Glenn's inside are very knowledgeable and patient. We purchased kitchen units, doors and other bits and pieces for our home. Free parking too!

I was very pleased with the service I received before Christmas from Nichola the kitchen designer. I watched my design being created on a large screen at a safe distance in her office. All Covid precautions were taken to keep myself and the staff safe. I received several designs by email so that I could make my final choice. The goods have arrived and they will look amazing when fitted. I will use this design service again.
Many items missing in the delivery, oversold multiple items into the quote so worker could get a higher commission (hard to understand the itemised quote, didn't realise until builders came to fit the kitchen), unprofessional with advice/ designing (sold laminate worktop along with a Belfast sink, a combination that doesn't work in practice). Issues have yet to be rectified. Overall, poor experience.
Just had a kitchen fitted with Howdens kenley very impressed.had a small problem with accounts which Glen the assistant manager sorted out straight away.nothing was a too much trouble. Very helpful Indeed. Customer service was brilliant.
Nightmare branch. The Kitchen designers cannot measure nor design the kitchens correctly. 4 addition deliveries had to be made because item where missing. Deliveries where always late. Then to top it all off they charge you for their mistakes. Avoid this branch, use somewhere else.
