“Can not fault the staff or the sofa from SCS! Our sofa arrived yesterday and it's even better than we remember in the store. Michael was a fantastic salesman he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions whilst giving us the time to explore all their sofas. Can not fault the service after we left and decided to change our minds about the colour. We were told 10-12 weeks waiting time and it arrived on the 11th week. All round great service even down to the delivery guys! Thankyou!”

“My Kutchenhaus experience was brilliant from start to finish. I was looking for a new kitchen and had a few appointments with a few of the big kitchen name brands and was so disappointed with the non personal service, until I went to Kutchenhaus Croydon. Merkan spent time to understand our needs, gave lots of help and advice and was never pushy or salesy. He designed us a beautiful kitchen, and was happy to make changes when I changed my mind on things. He kept us up to date with everything and was flexible when we had to change our installation date due to building delays. Our kitchen has now been installed (thank you Kras and Dmitri!) and it looks just as beautiful as the 3D model designs. I can't recommend enough.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

Bergamo sofas delivered today to DA11 and the customer service since day 1 has been nothing but amazing and the delivery guys were also extremely polite and pleasant (instead of the usual grumpy guys you would normally expect). “Bought fence panels from this store and rang the main customer services to deal with problem. Basically they were worse than useless and unhelpful. Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.”
