   Michelle was an amazing sales advisor and very knowledgeable about the sofas that we wanted to purchase....she spent time with us and didn t rush us into making any decisions. We ordered our beautiful sofas on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 and we accepted delivery on Thursday 28th July 2022. The delivery team were also very polite....tidy and kept us updated. We are truly delighted with our purchase and would certainly recommend Natuzzi furniture....thankyou so much....very satisfied customers and we experienced 5 star service from the moment we walked into the store.

   I ordered a sofa from Natuzzi Editions, called them to cancel within 1-2 hours. Said cannot cancel it as they have started making it when the delivery date is 13 weeks later. Appalling customer services!!! I would give them a minus rating if that was an option!

   The sofa was delivered in very poor shape with fraying and damages. We complained and they make the replacement sofa drag..... 12weeks later a new sofa came with similar issue. Natuzzi has not been responsive. Such a disappointing customer service

   Large show room not to much items on the shop floor. At present Natuzzi has 70% of various items. I was the only Joe public in the store. It cleans a few members of staff present. I was in the shop for about 20mins before a staff member approached me. I was interested in a particular sofa and a staff member was trying to sell me an ex-display sofa I had no interest in she was very pusher. Oh this one is a lot cheaper this is more your price range how do you know how much I can afford. I felt very uncomfortable I left the store after that statement, I will not be visiting that shop again.

   Beautiful furniture on display in the showroom but it doesn't match the standards on purchased furniture orders. I'm so disappointed with my sofa how it passed their internal quality assurance process I do not know. To make matters worst the customer service aftercare is extremely poor. To be honest, the prices Natuzzi charge for their furniture its worth the effort to shop elsewhere to truly get the quality and service. I await for my sofa issues to be resolved...
