   Fleur Ashley is amazing!!! If I could give it 100 stars I would. I have a proper tea with my mother in law once a year, it’s our tradition. We have gone various places over the years, but we will never go anywhere else again! The food and tea are great, but the staff and the ambiance make it such a spectacular experience. I could not make a stronger recommendation of Fluer Ashley. Please check it out, it is truly special.

   Just wanted to leave a review about the Christmas afternoon tea take away. My two children absolutely loved it! The most friendly and welcoming Santa and elf. We was very late but they didn’t make it a problem and made sure my children had a great experience.. Santa knowing their names and seeing their names on the good list scroll was great! Really christmasy atmosphere and lovely gift. The kids came on blown away and loved every second. The festive afternoon tea we took home was absolutely delish.. festive selection of sandwiches and gorgeous cakes, mince pies and scones. All the little extras in the box and how beautifully it was wrapped was just that extra touch that made it all such a wonderful experience. We came to the Halloween afternoon tea also and loved every second of that too. Thank you for such a lovely time and amazing food. The effort you put into it all is brilliant.

   I completely support and agree with the recent review. My previous visit was nice with sandwiches and cakes which possibly could have maybe been better with more of an option? but its hard to rate on service when we didn't receive any and there was also more than one staff on site at the time so you can't say there was just the one as you was talking alot with more than one staff we had to come up to request. You need to remember you have a job to do.

   The cafe was far too busy. Every seat was tsken. We waited ages to be served (despite having booked) and had to ask twice for drinks. Not good value for the price. I did comment when I was paying and she gave us an extra cake each to take home. But we won't be back I'm afraid.

   We went to Fleur Ashley just before Christmas for an afternoon tea, with our 8 month old baby. The staff honestly couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. They gave us a large table so we could sit comfortably with the baby, they were really helpful in making us feel comfortable visiting as a family - they have great children's menu options including a fresh platter of cheese, buttered bread fingers, fruit and salad veg all cut small which was so thoughtful and great for our little one. We shared an afternoon tea which was fantastic, lovely sandwiches, really tasty scones and cakes, and a great selection of teas on offer. The decorations in there are really fantastic, it feels cosy, comfortable, and inviting. We had a great time - thank you Fleur Ashley, we're looking forward to our next visit.

   We were on holiday from the states and were blown away with their service. My daughter has an egg/wheat allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The owner is so lovely and so is her staff! My toddler made friends with each one of them.
