Was here about 4.30pm, 1 guy behind the till busy chatting to the driver, Driver could see the Q was building up and kept him talking on purpose, never again

Haven't been for a while ,but am really impressed by the prices plus lots of bulk buys well worth a visit

Frozen foods, Yorkshire tea and Nescafé. Not the range of a big supermarket, but plenty there, including bread and milk. Small alcohol section.

Staff are always very pleasant and very helpful. Sadly though, like a lot of supermarkets not enough staff on the tills.

Took mum shopping there, they know her and made sure she could have her shopping delivered as she's elderly. Very kind, friendly and helpful.

Decent little shop, not alot of tinned selection or pet food but you can do a decent shop for food.

Called in Monday evening, waited to be served for probably 3+ minutes. No staff in sight, another guy was also waiting behind me. I could of walked out of the shop with my shopping, and nobody would have been none the wiser. When finally the girl came to the till, there was no apology for my wait, nor no hello or hi, the only time she spoke was to tell me the price of my bill, no thank you or nothing or goodbye. This shop needs some retraining in staff customer service. Only the other week I called in for some groceries, when I went the till there was six or seven people waiting in one queue. There was only one till open, I myself only had a few items, like a few others. Some had a larger trolley of shopping. There was no urgency for another till to be opened even though there were several staff around the shop, stocking up and chatting to each other. This used to be a good store, but staff and maybe management need some retraining. A shame as I used to shop there frequently, but now tend to go elsewhere.
